422 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 422 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. This current version supersedes all previous versions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the 422 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 422 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

The 422 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 422 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration and Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 422 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Details such as your full name, phone number and payment information must belong to you personally. 422 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to us. Please contact 422 customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

  • Use a strong and unique password for your 422 account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Log out from any public or shared device after every session.
  • Notify us immediately if your password has been compromised.

3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 422 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and does not involve funds obtained through illegal means.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the stated processing time. For e-wallets such as DuitNow and Touch 'n Go, deposits are typically processed instantly. For bank transfers via FPX, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the terms stated on the platform's payment page.

Winnings withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the 422 team. 422 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the identity verification process is complete. Any attempt at fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

422 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet providers.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits

Users of the 422 platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates the law, disrupts platform operations, or harms other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots or third-party tools to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
  • Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's security systems.
  • Collusion between players to cheat in games involving multiple participants.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Registering using a false identity or stealing another person's identity.

422 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from wagering, technical service disruptions, or information display errors caused by third-party network issues. 422's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

5. Account Suspension, Closure and Intellectual Property

422 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to fraud, any balance remaining in the account may be fully forfeited without compensation.

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting 422 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal requirements. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.

All content, designs, logos, trade names, software and other materials on the 422 platform are the exclusive property of 422 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without prior written consent from 422.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

The 422 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 422 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

422 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
